- What experience do you have?
- Our team of 4 partners has over 30 years' combined internet experience. You also benefit from qualifications such as an MSc in Computer Science from the American Institute of Computer Science and a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design.
- Copywriting is done by two professional associates with over 40,000 pages published plus qualifications from LSP (London School of Publishing) and Membership of the SfEP (Society for Editors and Proofreaders).

- What happens when I order?
- When you place your order we will send you an email containing:
- Confirmation that your enquiry has been received
- A Web Content Planning Form that will help us meet your needs
- Our terms of business and our rate card
- Simply return the completed form along with your details and we will begin planning your new website.
- We will contact you for any additional information needed to ensure you get the right result.
- When the planning stage is completed to your full satisfaction, we send an email invoice for a 50% deposit. You need only pay the remaining 50% on completion of your website.
- Within a few days you will receive an initial proof design of your website and we will incorporate your feedback into the final design. Once given your final approval, we immediately publish your site on the web. Get the big picture with all the details here.
- When do I pay?
- Our payment process is straightforward and fair:
- Pay nothing until the planning stage has been completed to your full satisfaction.
- A 50% deposit is then due through your choice of bank transfer or PayPal and we begin the design in earnest.
- The remaining 50% balance is only due when you receive the finished website.

- What if I need changes after it's published?
All good websites evolve over time. Managing this evolution depends on the level of change you need:

- How do "low site to server ratios" benefit me?
The number of accounts hosted on a web server can have a significant impact on how quickly that server is able to respond to page requests.
