Getting your ideas and preferences into an attractive and effective website takes communication, planning and a considerable amount of work. We do most of this but we do need you to do yours. With even the most dedicated effort by you to get this right and our best efforts to interpret your concepts and needs, the results may still be not the most identical of twins. We will need to revise and update until we have got as close as technically and humanely possible to what you want.
Up to this stage there is no financial commitment on your part, none whatsoever. You will have paid absolutely nothing. That in itself will give you tremendous confidence in our product.
Only when you have approved the final draft do we move on to the actual building of your website. This requires commitment on your part and we request 50% of the final estimated cost. When received, we build. We publish to a private URL [web address] which you can view as often as you wish and track progress. It's quite fun watching it all come together.
When done we enter another, normally shorter, period of communication, revision and adjustment until we're both convinced it's ready to be published. At that point you need to pay the outstanding balance. From that date you are then fully covered by our no-nonsense money-back guarantee [see above].
Sooner or later you will require updates or changes. If these are text orientated and relatively minor there is no charge; just tell us what you need and we'll do it.
